Richard Newsham
Richard Newsham received his B.A, (English/Classics) at Duke University and also attend Oxford University (UK) and Sorbonne (Paris). He has taught poetry at Yale University; was an Artist in the Classroom Teacher for 7 years; and a veteran California Poets in the Schools teacher for 7 years. He has produced several videos on the arts, edited several literary publications, and curated several readings throughout the state of California. He has served as an Area Coordinator for California Poets in the Schools for Ventura County. Richard also works as an instructor in the Elderhostel Program at the Getty Museum, Los Angeles. Richard resides in Ventura, California.
