Tree Bernstein

Tree Bernstein was head Poet Wrangler at the 2009 Ojai Poetry Fest where over 80 poets of all stripes performed their original work at the Ojai Art Center. She designs and edits books for TreeHouse Press, and has co-written a series of ghazals with Randy Roark, titled Away (Laocoon Press, 2005). Her poem “Regarding Pigs” is included in Low Down and Coming On!: An Anthology Of Delicious And Frightening Poems About Pigs (Red Dragonfly Press, 2010). Her degrees include: BA, English; MFA, Writing and Poetics; Cert TESOL (Teacher Of English to Speakers of Other Languages). In addition to producing K-12 workshops with CPITS, Tree is a poetry coach for Poetry Out Loud, a national recitation project.
