Facing Roadblocks in the Classroom (Presented by Margo Perin)
Who hasn’t had a student who says “I don’t know what to write” or who is so tired or hungry they can’t focus on the lesson? Or when you ask them what they'd like to write about in the assigned poetry activity, they say “Nothing” or “I hate poetry”?
Or go into a classroom with a well-prepared lesson plan that you think will work well with that group of students, only for it to go nowhere. What to do?
