Poems on Meal Deliveries with Ceres

California Poets in the Schools is delighted to partner with Ceres Community Project to include poetry on meal deliveries throughout the month of April - National Poetry Month.

Since 2008, Ceres Community Project has prepared home-delivered meals to people who are too sick to shop or cook for themselves. Their delicious meals are made from scratch by Teen Chefs with guidance from our professional staff members.
